Reservations:

Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance.  New clients should schedule the initial consultation at least 5 days in advance of any requested service.  Reservations can be made by telephone and will be confirmed 72 hours prior to your start date.

Prices:

Rates increse for more then 2 dogs or 4 cats or total of more then 4 pets all together.  $5 per pet  per visit exceeding the above listed values.

Payment Details:

Payments:  Full payment is required prior to the start of service.  You may leave a check on the counter made out to April Murphy.
 
Payments for regularly scheduled daily pet care visits can be paid weekly or monthly at time of service.
 
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Cancelations:

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance for full refund.  Reservations canceled 48 hours or less will not receive a refund.
 
Daily pet care visits can be canceled at any time with no penalty.

Misc:

Additional 0.50 per mile after 5 miles from base location, using google maps.

Petcations reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
